🎉 Milestone alert: Glidelane's 1-year anniversary! 🎉

As I reflect on the Glidelane journey I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities we've had to put our principles into practice in the business and product inclusion space. Over the past year, Glidelane has worked with incredible partners and clients, helping them embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into their technologies, operations, go-to-market strategies, and products. From fostering sustainable supplier diversity, to facilitating strategic planning for executive teams, to amplifying the voices of employee resource groups (ERGs), to embedding AI in all of these operations, and to coaching and advising executive clients, each step has been a testament to the power of collaborating with committed, principled and purpose-driven leaders. Glidelane’s clients have each told us that we have helped impact their success and operations this past year, and we are proud of this accomplishment.

This past year has also been a learning journey. One thing remains clear: creating economic equity isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s good business. When strategies for Impact are market-focused the results speak for themselves, showing positive outcomes for businesses and communities alike.

We have also learned that DEI strategies must continue to evolve, especially in this moment of uncertain political, legal and reputational risks. To build economic parity we need to fix systems that have left some people behind—while being mindful of legal risks. But Public accountability now matters more than ever, and we have been proud to partner with companies and founders who remain publicly committed to driving just and human outcomes through their products and businesses, and who are partnering with and engaging their local communities to make technology and progress accessible to everyone.

On a personal level, I’ve taken pride in growing a practice that shows up for its clients and partners. This comes in the form of strategic insights, support for business and team development and other key deliveries. But it also manifests as a morning brainstorm, impromptu executive coaching through moments of challenge and triumph, or a bit of inspiration to a founder or leader.

To everyone who has been part of this journey—clients, partners, and collaborators—thank you for trusting Glidelane to support your missions. Thank you to everyone in my network who has stepped up to spread the word about Glidelane’s capabilities and partnership. The work continues, and I’m excited to see what’s next!
